32-4205. Board of massage therapy fund (L24, Ch. 222, sec. 52. Eff. 7/1/28) A. The board of massage therapy fund is established. The board shall administer the fund. The board shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, ten percent of all monies collected pursuant to this chapter in the state general fund and deposit the remaining ninety percent of the monies in the board of massage therapy fund. B. Monies deposited in the board of massage therapy fund are subject to section 35-143.01.
