32-103. Qualifications of members A. Each professional member of the board shall: 1. Be at least twenty-five years of age. 2. Have been a resident of this state for at least three years immediately preceding appointment as a member. B. Each member who is an architect, a geologist, a landscape architect, a professional engineer or a land surveyor shall have at least five years' active professional experience as attested by registration under this chapter.
