32-108. Low-voltage electric fence alarm systems; regulation; state preemption The regulation of low-voltage electric fence alarm systems is of statewide concern. The regulation of low-voltage electric fence alarm systems pursuant to this chapter and their use is not subject to further regulation by a county, city, town or other political subdivision of this state.
