32-130. Review of drawings, plans or design specifications by public agencies Any modifications, except for building code compliance reviews, field inspections and applicable design standards, to drawings, plans or design specifications submitted for review to the state or a political subdivision of the state and that are made by a professional registrant employed or under contract with the state or a political subdivision of the state shall be signed by and issued under the seal of the reviewing registrant.
