32-147. Board reports; immunity Any person may report to the board any information the person may have which appears to show grounds for disciplinary action under the provisions of this chapter or rules of the board. A person who reports or provides information to the board in good faith is not subject to an action for civil damages as a result, and the person's name shall not be disclosed if confidentiality is requested by the person, unless the person's testimony is essential to the disciplinary proceedings conducted under this section.
