32-1128. Asbestos educational pamphlet A. The director of occupational safety and health within the industrial commission with the assistance of the registrar of contractors and the director of the department of environmental quality shall prepare an educational pamphlet relating to asbestos to help contractors identify asbestos in the workplace and to inform them of state and federal asbestos rules and of the health hazards associated with asbestos contact. B. The registrar shall distribute asbestos educational pamphlets with each contractor's license or license renewal.
