32-1156. Hearings A. Title 41, chapter 6, article 10 applies to hearings under this chapter. B. In a hearing or rehearing conducted pursuant to this section a company may be represented by an officer or employee who is not a member of the state bar if both: 1. The company has specifically authorized the officer or employee to represent it. 2. The representation is not the officer's or employee's primary duty to the company but is secondary to the officer's or employee's duties relating to the management or operation of the company.
