32-1338. Continuing education requirements; waiver A. A person who is licensed pursuant to this article shall complete continuing education designed to educate the person regarding current skills and procedures and developments in the funeral industry. The department may prescribe in its rules the number of hours of continuing education required each year, not to exceed six hours, and the subject matter to be covered. B. The department shall waive the continuing education requirements for persons who are serving in the United States armed forces in time of war.
