32-1605. Organization; meetings A. The board shall annually elect from its membership a president, vice-president and secretary who assume office the following January and serve a term of one year. Officers may be elected for and serve more than one term. The board shall also appoint and employ an executive director, who is not a member of the board, and other employees necessary to carry on the work of the board. B. The board shall hold meetings it deems necessary to transact its business. A majority of the board, including one officer, constitutes a quorum.
