32-1609. Register of licenses and registrations; change of address A. The executive director shall keep a register of licenses and registrations for each person who holds an Arizona nursing license or who is a licensed nursing assistant or a certified nursing assistant that includes the following: 1. Each person's current address. 2. Licenses, certificates and registrations granted or revoked. B. The register shall be open during office hours to public inspection. C. Each regulated person shall notify the board in writing within thirty days after each change in the person's address.
