32-1858. Violations; classification A. A person who practices medicine and surgery as an osteopathic physician and surgeon without compliance with this chapter or a person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a class 5 felony. B. A violation of each section of this chapter constitutes a separate offense and each day of continuing violation constitutes a separate offense.
