32-1937. Exceptions to continuing education requirements A. The requirements of continuing professional pharmacy education provided in section 32-1936 do not apply to licensees beginning the date of initial licensure until the date of the first license renewal. B. The board may make exceptions from the requirements of section 32-1936 in emergency or hardship cases or for good cause shown based on a written request for an exception from the requirements. C. Pharmacists who are exempted from the requirements of continuing professional pharmacy education pursuant to subsection B of this section shall satisfactorily pass a written examination approved by the board for that purpose before license renewal.
