32-1995. Injunctions; restraining orders In addition to other remedies provided, the board may apply to the proper court for, and such court shall have jurisdiction upon hearing and for cause shown, to grant a temporary restraining order, or a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating any provision of this chapter.
