32-2056. Board of physical therapy; notice of commission actions; expenditure of certain monies prohibited The board of physical therapy: 1. Within thirty days after a physical therapy compact commission action shall post on the board's public website notice of any commission action that may affect a physical therapist's license. 2. May not spend any monies received from physical therapists or applicants for licensure who are not applying for licensure through this compact on any activities, obligations or duties required by this compact.
