32-2076. Unauthorized practice of medicine This chapter does not authorize a person to engage in any manner in the practice of medicine pursuant to chapter 13, 17 or 29 of this title, except that a person licensed as provided in this chapter may diagnose, treat and correct human conditions ordinarily within the scope of the practice of a psychologist.
