32-2164. Unlawful subdivision lot sales It is unlawful for a licensed real estate broker or salesperson to assist a subdivider or agent of such subdivider in the offer, sale or lease of a subdivision lot or parcel in violation of any provision of this chapter or any rule adopted or order issued by the commissioner if the licensee knew or should have known of the violation.
