32-2203. Reports The chairman of the board shall make an annual report to the governor on or before October 1 of each year. The report shall include a summary of licenses or certificates denied, suspended or revoked and licensees censured and placed on probation and a financial statement for the preceding fiscal year. Any member of the board may submit a separate report to the governor on or before October 1 of each year that includes the member's comments on the board's licensing and disciplinary activities for the preceding fiscal year.
