32-2236. Refusal to issue or renew license; reapplication A. The board, by majority consent, may refuse to issue or renew a permit or license for any of the causes prescribed in section 32-2233. The procedure for refusal to issue or renew a license or permit, or both, shall be as provided in section 32-2234. B. If a permit or license is not issued or renewed, such person may not apply for a permit or license until six months have elapsed from the date of refusal, and the new application shall be accompanied with the regular examination fee and the license fee.
