32-2408. Department of public safety licensing fund A. A department of public safety licensing fund is established consisting of fees collected pursuant to this chapter and chapter 26 of this title. B. The director shall administer the fund. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated to the director to cover the operational and equipment costs of regulating the private investigator and security guard industry.
