32-2410. Power of local authorities This chapter does not prevent a political subdivision of this state from imposing local regulation on any person engaged in the business of accepting employment for the location or recovery of personal property that is sold under conditional sales agreements or that is subject to the terms of a chattel mortgage, but the political subdivision may not assess an additional fee.
