32-2554. Violation; classification A. A person who does any of the following is guilty of a class 6 felony: 1. Performs a health care task if that person is not licensed pursuant to this chapter or is not exempt from licensure pursuant to this chapter. 2. Secures a license to perform health care tasks by fraud or deceit. 3. Impersonates a member of the board. B. A person who is not licensed pursuant to this chapter shall not use the designation ' P.A.' , ' P.A.-C.' or ' Physician assistant' or use any other words, initials or symbols in a way that leads the public to believe that the person is licensed pursuant to this chapter. A person who violates this subsection is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
