32-3054. Hearing; rehearing or review; surrender of license A. In any case involving the refusal to issue or renew a license or disciplinary action, the applicant or licensee may request a hearing or file a motion for rehearing or review pursuant to title 41, chapter 6, article 10. B. Upon the revocation of a license, the holder shall surrender the license to the board, and upon failure or refusal so to do, the board may seize the license.
