32-3076. Subrogation The state has the right of subrogation to the extent of payments made from the fund including the right to collect from a letter of credit, bond or cash deposit made pursuant to section 32-3023 or directly from the institution. The board and the attorney general shall promptly enforce all subrogation claims.
