32-3077. Violation; penalties A. The board may suspend the license of an institution which is required to pay the assessment to the student tuition recovery fund and fails to timely pay the assessment. The board shall prohibit the institution from collecting any prepaid tuition due during the period of suspension. If the suspension is not lifted within thirty days from the date of the suspension, the board shall direct that the institution refund the total course cost paid by each person injured. B. The board or any injured person may apply to the superior court for enforcement of a violation of an order of the board entered pursuant to this section.
