32-3209. Release of information; fees A. On request of any person, a health profession regulatory board must provide the following information to that person: 1. A copy of the minutes of any specified board meeting. 2. A copy of a board action concerning a person regulated by the board. 3. A copy of the final adjudication of a complaint against a person regulated by the board. For the purposes of this paragraph, final adjudication of a complaint does not include any complaint that was dismissed or terminated more than five years before the request was submitted. 4. The name and primary practice address of a person regulated by the board. B. A health regulatory board may charge a fee for copies of any of the information in subsection A.
