32-3280. Fingerprinting A. An applicant for licensure under this article other than for a temporary license must submit a full set of fingerprints to the board, at the applicant's own expense, for the purpose of obtaining a state and federal criminal records check pursuant to section 41-1750 and Public Law 92-544. The department of public safety may exchange this fingerprint data with the federal bureau of investigation. B. The board shall waive the records check required in subsection A of this section for an applicant who provides evidence acceptable to the board that the applicant holds a valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the department of public safety.
