32-3291. Licensed baccalaureate social worker; licensure; qualifications; supervision A. A person who wishes to be licensed by the board to engage in the practice of social work as a licensed baccalaureate social worker shall: 1. Furnish documentation as prescribed by the board by rule that the person has earned a baccalaureate degree in social work from a regionally accredited college or university in a program accredited by the council on social work education or a degree from a foreign school based on a program of study that the board determines is substantially equivalent. 2. Pass an examination approved by the board. B. A licensed baccalaureate social worker shall only engage in clinical practice under direct supervision as prescribed by the board.
