32-3425. Licensure by endorsement A. The board shall grant a license to any person certified before July 1, 1990 as a registered occupational therapist or a certified occupational therapy assistant by the American occupational therapy certification board, incorporated. B. The board may waive the examination, education or experience requirements and grant a license to an applicant who presents proof of current licensure as an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant in another state, the District of Columbia or a territory of the United States that requires standards for licensure considered by the board to be equivalent to the requirements of this chapter for licensure. C. The board shall issue a license to a person who meets the requirements of this chapter on payment of all prescribed fees.
