32-3639. Damages; injunctive relief If the deputy director has a reasonable basis to believe, after investigation, that any person is violating any provision of this chapter, the deputy director may bring an action in superior court for appropriate injunctive or other equitable relief, damages sustained and taxable costs and reasonable attorney fees.
