32-4256. Reporting violations; immunity A. A person, licensee, corporation, educational institution, health care professional or health care facility and state or local governmental agencies must report to the board any conviction, determination or finding that a licensee has committed an act that constitutes grounds for disciplinary action pursuant to section 32-4253. B. A person is immune from civil liability, whether direct or derivative, for providing information in good faith to the board pursuant to subsection A of this section. C. The board shall not disclose the identity of a person who provides information unless this information is essential to proceedings conducted pursuant to sections 32-4254 and 32-4255 or unless required by a court.
