32-535. Instructor license renewal A. Except as provided in section 32-4301, an instructor shall renew the instructor's license on or before the instructor's birth date once every two years. B. An instructor shall submit an application for renewal accompanied by the prescribed renewal fee in order to renew the instructor's license. C. An instructor who fails to renew the instructor's license on or before the instructor's birth date as prescribed by this section shall also pay the prescribed delinquent renewal penalty in order to renew the license.
