32-575. Injunctions The board, the attorney general, a county attorney or any other person may apply to the superior court in the county in which acts or practices of any person which constitute a violation of this chapter or the rules adopted pursuant to this chapter are alleged to have occurred for an order enjoining those acts or practices.
