33-901. Lien for furnishing labor or machinery upon agricultural land A person who labors or furnishes labor or machinery or equipment in improving and preparing agricultural lands for planting crops, and to whom wages or monies are due and owing therefor, shall have a lien upon the crops produced on such lands for all unpaid amounts.
