33-909. Release of farm services lien When any lien established by the provisions of this article has been satisfied, the lienholder shall, within thirty days after satisfaction, issue a release of the lien to the person against whom the lien was claimed. Such release shall be a document in a form as specified in section 11-480. Failure to grant such a release shall be subject to the penalties prescribed by section 33-712.
