35-383. Charging warrant to respective funds Warrants accepted in payment of debts or demands, including taxes, shall be charged to the respective funds against which they are drawn. In the case of county warrants the board of supervisors shall direct the county treasurer to transfer from the general fund to the funds against which the warrants are drawn, sufficient money to cover the warrants.
