36-2907.09. Direct service contracts; reporting (Conditionally Rpld.) The director of the department of health services shall provide to the legislature the following information for services provided pursuant to sections 36-2907.06 and 36-2907.08: 1. The number of members served. 2. The number of encounters and the average cost for each encounter. 3. The number of services and the average cost for each service. 4. The actual year to date expenditures and projected annual expenditures.
