36-330.01. Delayed registration of certificate of birth resulting in stillbirth If a birth resulting in stillbirth occurring in this state has not been registered within one year after the date of delivery, a certificate of birth resulting in stillbirth marked ' delayed' may be submitted and registered pursuant to this chapter and rules adopted pursuant to this chapter and other requirements sufficient to substantiate the alleged facts of a birth resulting in stillbirth.
