36-405.02. Outpatient behavioral health and other related health care services; employees; rules The department shall allow a person who is employed at a health care institution that provides outpatient behavioral health services, who is not a licensed behavioral health professional and who is at least eighteen years of age to provide outpatient behavioral health or other related health care services pursuant to all applicable department rules. The director shall adopt rules consistent with this section.
