36-425.09. Hospital price transparency; verification; annual report; exception A. Each hospital must comply with the requirements of 45 Code of Federal Regulations part 180. The department shall annually verify each hospital's compliance with this section with the centers for medicare and medicaid services. B. On or before January 1, 2025 and each January 1 thereafter, the department shall post a report on its public website containing the name of any hospital that has been found to be noncompliant with the requirements of 45 Code of Federal Regulations part 180 and that has been assessed a civil monetary penalty by the centers for medicare and medicaid services. C. This section does not apply to the Arizona state hospital.
