36-446.05. Reciprocity; present administrators The board may issue a nursing care institution administrator's license, without examination or with partial examination, to any person who holds a current license from another state or territory of the United States provided the standards for licensure in such other state or territory of the United States are at least substantially equivalent to those prevailing in this state, and provided that the applicant is otherwise qualified.
