36-596.57. Admission; legislative appropriation; exception Admission into any developmental disabilities family support program or service which is operated or supported by the department shall be subject to the availability of space in the program or service and shall be subject to legislative appropriation and other available funding unless admission or coverage is required pursuant to chapter 29, article 2 of this title.
