36-766.09. Doula community advisory committee; members; duties A. The doula community advisory committee is established consisting of at least nine doulas, including those who represent diverse and underrepresented communities, who are appointed by the director. The term for an advisory committee member is two years. B. The director shall consult with the advisory committee regarding implementing this article and the rules adopted pursuant to this article. The advisory committee shall: 1. Develop a list of acceptable organizations that provide certification based on the minimum qualifications and core competencies prescribed in this article and rules adopted pursuant to this article. 2.
