36-897.11. Injunctions; definition A. If the department believes that a child care group home is operating under conditions that may cause serious harm to children, the department shall notify the attorney general or the county attorney of the county in which the child care group home is located who shall immediately seek a restraining order and injunction against the home. B. For the purposes of this section, ' serious harm' means a substantial physical injury.
