36-1483. Construction of bond provisions This article, without reference to other statutes of the state, shall constitute full authority for the authorization and issuance of bonds under section 36-1481. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, bonds authorized under section 36-1481 shall not be subject to the provisions of any other law or charter relating to the issuance or sale of bonds.
