36-1801. Definitions (Rpld. 1/1/27) In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. ' Administration' means the Arizona health care cost containment system administration. 2. ' Assisted living center' has the same meaning prescribed in section 36-401. 3. ' Assisted living facility' has the same meaning prescribed in section 36-401. 4. ' Department' means the department of health services. 5. ' Director' means the director of the department. 6. ' Health care institution' has the same meaning prescribed in section 36-401. 7. ' Nursing care institution' has the same meaning prescribed in section 36-401.
