36-1905. Sponsors; duties A. A sponsor shall directly train and supervise a temporary licensee. The director shall prescribe by rule a reasonable number of hours of training and supervision required. A sponsor may not sponsor more than two temporary licensees at one time. B. A sponsor and the temporary licensee are equally liable for violations of this chapter and rules adopted pursuant to this chapter that are committed by the temporary licensee. C. A sponsor who violates this section is subject to disciplinary action as prescribed pursuant to section 36-1934.
