36-1937. Injunctive relief The director may enforce any provision of this chapter by injunction or by any other appropriate proceeding. No such proceeding shall be barred by any proceeding had or pending pursuant to any other provisions of this chapter, or by the imposition of any fine or term of imprisonment pursuant thereto.
