36-201. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. ' Chief medical officer' means the chief medical officer of the state hospital. 2. ' Department' means the department of health services. 3. ' Director' means the director of the department of health services. 4. ' Employee' means an officer or employee of the state hospital. 5. ' State hospital' means Arizona state hospital. 6. ' Superintendent' means the superintendent of the state hospital.
