36-218. Arizona state hospital charitable trust fund The Arizona state hospital charitable trust fund is established consisting of monies collected from contracts and lease agreements entered into pursuant to section 36-136, subsection C. The director shall administer the fund. Monies in the fund are continuously appropriated and may be spent for the benefit of persons with mental illness in this state. Monies in the fund do not revert to the state general fund at the end of a fiscal year.
