36-260. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. ' Children who have a chronic illness or physical disability' means children who are under twenty-one years of age and whose primary diagnosis is a severe physical condition that may require ongoing, medical or surgical intervention. 2. ' Department' means the department of health services.
